REFUND CONDITIONS

Cancelation

If accommodation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the first part of the payment is non-refundable and the second part, which was due, will not be processed. However, if the accommodation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, no refund is given.
For all other bookings not related to accommodation (such as excursions, transport or other services), no refund is given.

Early Departure

No refunds are given.

Exceptional Cases

A postponement or a credit note may be offered in cases of force majeure, upon presentation of supporting documents.
