► Object
These General Terms and Conditions govern reservations, payments, obligations and rules of stay within the establishment.
All bookings imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

► Reservations
■ Process
Reservations can be made via our website, WhatsApp, telephone or partner platforms.
■Booking confirmation
For all bookings of accommodation, excursions, transport, or other services, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed only once the conditions described above have been met and payment has been made via Stripe or any other available electronic payment method.
■ Accurate information
The client guarantees the veracity of the information provided (name, email, dates, number of people, etc.).
■ Accommodation capacity
Each dwelling has a maximum capacity.
Unauthorized overstaying may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

► Prices and payments
■ Price
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
■ Secure payment via Stripe:
- Payments are processed via Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified.
- We do not have access to bank card information.
- We do not store payment data on our servers.
Stripe may collect technical data to prevent fraud.

► Check-in / Check-out
Registration: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Departure: 08:00 - 11:00.
Arrangements are possible depending on availability.

► Rules of stay
■ Respect for the place
Guests must respect the facilities, the environment, and other visitors.
■ Noise
Hours of silence: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
■ Security
The published instructions must be followed.
■ Nature
It is forbidden to disturb wildlife, uproot plants, deposit waste, or light fires outside designated areas. Animal cruelty is strictly prohibited.
■ Responsibility
The establishment is not responsible for:
- thefts or losses
- damage caused by unforeseen external events
- illnesses or accidents
- bites or stings from any animal

► Management and promotion
Eco Lodges Playa Macao COOPER's Ranch is managed by DREAM INCORPORATION JP SRL in the Dominican Republic, while the company Swiss Dream Vacations Sàrl is responsible for promotion and sales.

► Changes to the Terms of Use
The terms and conditions may be updated at any time.
