Terms and Conditions

Object

These General Terms and Conditions govern reservations, payments, obligations and rules of stay within the establishment.
All bookings imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Reservations

Process

Reservations can be made via our website, WhatsApp, telephone or partner platforms.

Booking Confirmation

For any accommodation booking made more than 30 days before the arrival date, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

For accommodation bookings made 30 days or less in advance, full payment of 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

For all other bookings that are not accommodation, full payment of 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. This applies, for example, to excursions, transportation, and other services.

The reservation is considered confirmed only when the conditions described above are met, after payment has been made via Stripe or any other electronic means offered.

Accurate information

The client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided (name, email, dates, number of people, etc.).

Accommodation capacity

Each accommodation has a maximum capacity.
Unauthorized overstaying may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Pricing and Payments

Prices

Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Secure payment via Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified.
We do not have access to bank card information.
No payment data is stored on our servers.
Stripe may collect technical data to prevent fraud.

Check-in / Check-out

Registration: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Departure: 08:00 - 11:00.
Arrangements are possible depending on availability.

Rules of Stay

Respect for the place

Customers must respect the facilities, the environment, and other visitors.

Noise

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Security

The posted instructions must be followed.

Nature

Disturbing wildlife, picking plants, littering, or lighting fires outside designated areas is prohibited. Mistreating animals on the property is strictly forbidden.

Responsibility

The establishment is not responsible:

thefts or losses
damage caused by unforeseen external events,
illnesses or accidents

Management and Promotion

The Eco Lodge & Camping Chalets Tropicales Playa Macao is managed by DDREAM INCORPORATION JP, SRL in the Dominican Republic, while the company, Swiss Dream Vacations Sàrl, is in charge of promotion and sales.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions may be updated at any time.
The online version is authoritative.
