► Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions govern reservations, payments, obligations and rules of stay within the establishment.
All bookings imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

► Reservations
■ Process
Reservations can be made via our website, WhatsApp, phone or partner platforms.
■ Booking confirmation
For bookings of accommodation, excursions, transportation, and other services, full payment of 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The booking is only considered confirmed once the conditions described above have been met and payment has been made through Stripe or any other available electronic means.
■ Accurate information
The customer guarantees the veracity of the information provided (name, e-mail, dates, number of people, etc.).
■ Accommodation capacity
Each accommodation has a maximum capacity.
Unauthorized overage may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

► Prices and Payments
■ Prices
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
■ Secure payment via Stripe
Payments are processed via Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified.
We do not have access to credit card information.
We do not store payment data on our servers.
Stripe may collect technical data to prevent fraud.

► Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Check-out: 08:00 - 11:00.
Arrangements are possible according to availability.

► Rules of stay
■ Respect for the place
Guests must respect the facilities, the environment and other visitors.
■ Noise
Quiet hours: 22:00 - 08:00.
■ Safety
Published instructions must be followed.
■ Nature
It is forbidden to disturb wildlife, uproot plants, deposit rubbish or light fires outside the designated areas. Animal abuse is strictly prohibited.
■ Liability
The establishment is not responsible for:
- theft or loss
- damage caused by unforeseen external events
- illness or accidents
- bites or stings of any animal

► Management and promotion
Eco Lodges & Camping Chalets Tropicales Playa Macao is managed by DREAM INCORPORATION JP SRL in the Dominican Republic, while the company Swiss Dream Vacations Sàrl is responsible for promotion and sales.

► Changes to the Terms of Use
The terms and conditions may be updated at any time.
